with IPB downloads you could just import files from folder doesnt seem this option within the rm

i have the resource manager installed but it only shows the /public html folder and any folders within going forward domain/public doesnt show folders before the public html folder on the server which i wanted to just attach rather than make a copy

can any one tell me how I do this or if there is a plugin I want to add a folder what not public accesed via http:// on the server I want to add the content to the resourses as attachments from where there stored on the server?
