Add-ons Clean Admin UI 2.0.0

This update is for v2.3.4 and above only - it hides the warnings about license expiry and so on that still displays, even with the changes introduced in v2.3.4

With this addon installed, only superadmins can see warnings such as this:

All other previous functionality has been removed - this is the only thing this version currently does.
