Added a floating navigation bar for Xenforo.
Features & Fixes:
* Enable or disable for each theme to prevent interference with incompatible or already equipped themes.
* Style DigitalPoint shadow box again looking at stock position.
* Works with navigation bar and any addon that uses it even for non-admins.
* Move the link to the moving article to the correct viewing place.
* Automatically adjust position based on header and navigation design settings.
