Allows you to limit the number of new threads that can be created in a forum within a given time frame. So basically, 1 thread every 60 minutes.

Installation:
- Extract the contents of the .zip file provided upon successful purchase.
- Upload the contents of the 'upload' folder to your root XenForo directory.
- Install the provided .xml file through the XenForo Admin Control Panel.
- Configure user group permissions by going to ACP -> Users -> User Group Permissions
