If you (preferably admin or moderator) need to "sneak" into "private" conversations, this add-on is for you. Otherwise, you'll have to go directly to the database.
Easy to install and configure. Don't forget to go to your user group and turn on the «Conversation log» permissions, under the «Conversation moderator permissions» section.
