Add-ons [TaylorJ] Probations 1.0.0 Release Candidate 1

New features

• Now sends an alert with the reason and "probation officer" when a user is placed on probation.
• Now shows an ugly notice to keep the user aware they are on a posting probation that shows the reasoning and the end time.

Bug fix:

• Forgot an upgrade step to add the column taylorj_probations_probation_id for already installed instances of the addon.

(Most likely the last release before gold release)

New Features:

• New probation view page to view an individual probation
• Probation link under post is now a option setting that can be toggled on/off
