A customer number is not needed it's null but you MUST read the read_me remember to rename the config.php.bkp to config.php and alter the htacess,txt to .htaccess (and remove the txt) - You need to use filezilla or alike to rename) or vbulletin will run install. I have included a read_me manual (English only) sorry.
