Fix for unlimited downloads:

• If a user/usergroup has unlimited download permissions it will now be shown
• Notifications disabled for these users, because they have no limit to download files.

• It can update all sources.
• Can evaluate all sources.
• See who downloaded the source
• See the resources downloaded in your profile
