how to hide only post content for unregistered

I want an add-on to hide only thread content for unregistered I used to have TH monetize that did the work but it has bugs. + If there is some add-on to hide further for people with at least 3 days on the forum, 10 posts and 1 thread I know there is an option to hide via default permissions way...
