There's no option within ACP to search the username change log for old username
/admin.php?logs/username-change/
I suggest the standard ACP search (looking glass icon, top right corner) includes functionality to search against the old username from the username change log, and displays a result for the user record (or username change record) for a match.
If you currently want to locate/identify an old username, you have to page through the username change log looking for it. (if it exists)
