Allows adding an AdSense or other advertising to the header.

Removes Ad in responsive.

Installation:

Download addon-admanagerheader_v1.1.zip and unzip it.

From your Admin Control Panel, go to the "Install Add-on" page.

Upload the addon-AdManagerHeader_v1.1.xml file...

XenBot updated Ad Manager Header with a new update entry:

Ad Manager Header 1.1

Ad Manager Header v1.1 changes:

In responsive only the ad is removed, the previous version removed the entire header.
