Support Add Permissions To Smileys?

Does anyone know how to add permissions to smileys with Xenforo 2+ ?
I am able to add custom smileys and categories, but I would like to only allow certain ranks access to certain smileys.

Is this doable with some addon or code?
Any help is appreciated, Thanks

the current option that I found for yours is to go to the user's admin panel and look for this option
limit the number of smileys a specific group and.etc...correct me if I didn't understand you well?

Looks like that option will give them a maximum amount they could use, but they would be able to use any of them until the max is reached.
