Suddenly overnight a few days ago none of the mods in three different countries can access admin.php
We can login to our accounts just fine but /admin.php is just a login loop. I have another xf 2.2.x installation on the same server and am not experiencing this issue on that site.
Additionally, intermittently the moderator toolbar at the bottom (sorry, don't know correct term for that) comes and goes.
What I've done so far with no results:
1.) restarted php/graceful server reboot
