Support After 2.2.6 upgrade came a crash

Hello, I upgraded from version XF 2.2.2 to 2.2.6 Patch 1. So the complete data moved to my server. Now the hint comes to me: The page is currently being revised. Please check back later.
I can't even get to the ACP without this notice being displayed. What did I do wrong and what can I do now? Hope someone nice can help me!

Your problem is with the plugins you are using
Disable plugins from hosts
Or upgrade to 2.2.5 ( It is too early to upgrade to version 2.2.6 or 2.2.6.1 )
