[RSS Feed/News] alert_resource_rating_reaction

I get errors missing this template.
My reasearch says:

There is a phrase
<phrase title="alert_opt_out.resource_rating_reply"

and a template

<template type="public" title="alert_resource_rating_reply"


If missing

<template type="public" title="alert_resource_rating_reaction"

there is maybe be a phrase

<phrase title="alert_opt_out.resource_rating_reaction"

but i cant find it. Also a text-search with resource_rating_reaction shows no result.

Any idea for what i should search...
