[RSS Feed/News] Allow multiple inline thread moderation actions in succession

If you want to use inline moderation to select multiple threads and change their prefix and lock them, for example, you have to:

Find all of the threads you want to change and select them for inline moderation
Choose an action - change prefix
*Prefixes are now changed, all of those threads are removed from inline moderation selection
Go back and find all of the same threads and select them again
Choose an action - lock threads
Done
