[RSS Feed/News] Any issues going from 2.0.4 and the latest version?

Thinking of updating ver 2.0.4 to latest version. Aside from possible issues with 3rd party plug ins, are there any hurdles I should be aware of?
Thinking of using the $50 upgrade service.
