There's a dev who gets censored in this forum. Searching his name in this forum will return an error of "Please specify a search query or the name of a member."
However, at this moment I can't find a competitive equivalent of his Credits Premium plugin.
There are 3rd-party plugins supporting cooperative functions with this Credits Premium plugin but not its competitive equivalents I can find.
At least, I can't find one that supports sending a tip to a post.
