[RSS Feed/News] Assign thread to moderators

Hello Everybody, I'm looking for a way to manage forum moderators... example :

I'm supermoderator and within a forum/node I got 3/4 young moderators taking care of it .... Can I use forum functions in order to assign directly a determinate post to one of them ?

For example one of moderator in particularly expert in guitar playing ( for instance .. ) so if I see that a new thread is concerning guitar playing a can assign this thread to him ..
