[RSS Feed/News] Batch update users broken in 2.2.12

Since 2.2.12 .. bacth update users feature is broken due to this weired change at XF\Job\UserAction
PHP:

        $customTitle = $this->getActionValue('custom_title');
        if ($customTitle !== '')
        {
            $user->custom_title = $customTitle;
        }

where $customTitle will always be null not empty value because the method getActionValue returns null for empty values
This sets user title to null and cause the user entity save process to fail silently...
