Bulk Create RM Categories - Bulk Create Resource Manager

INFORMATION:
This addon gives the ability to create large number of resource categories. You can add as many as you want.

INSTALLATION:
- Upload the contents of the Upload folder to the Xenforo installation root directory, overwriting any existing files.
- Install XML\addon-BR_MultiRMCategoryCreate.xml file.
