I like to insert images in posts and make them clickable to a URL.
Today, I noticed that the controls that normally appear above the image for inserting a link, resizing the image, etc. are not displayed. I can mouse over the blank area BELOW the text box and see the tool tip for each control, but no buttons or data entry fields.
I have confirmed this in both Chrome and Edge browsers. I've cleared cookies/cache in both to no avail. See attached file for a screen shot.
