Our oranization has a number of private committees that are used for committee business. When someone is assigned to a committee we would like to make the committee forum.
Most of our members are newcomers to forums with their primary focus on our local chapters and activities.
If we could automatically make members of a specific user group watch a forum and make notices accumulate it would help greatly in getting them into the flow of forum interactions.
