XenForo Disable background change on hover

Styling submitted a new resource:

Disable background change on hover - Template Modifications

When you hover over a hyperlinked Awecome font icon, the background of the icon changes slightly. For example, see the RSS icon in the XenForo footer. We will disable it with this method.
