Edit Delete Limit - Allows setting a more restrictive edit and delete time limit for a few members

Description:
Allows setting a more restrictive edit and delete time limit for a few members.

This add-on is useful in situations where you have a few members that like to delete posts often. You can set a short edit/delete time without effecting the rest of the Registered user group.
