Sorry to post something Super silly... but I read through all the documentation and its all based on previous versions of XenForo, on how to enable Dev Mode, by using the Config.php and adding line $config['debug'] = true;
unless there's something wrong with my installation of XenForo 2.0 I don't have a Config.php located in the Library file, and after searching for it Its nowhere to be found frankly.
if anyone knows how to enable dev mode on 2.0 please advise.
