[RSS Feed/News] Find posts with attachments that have a specific file suffix on them?

Perusing what little ES documentation I could find, I can't see a way to do this. Is it possible to list posts on a forum that have attachments with a specific suffix like .syx on them? Are attachments even indexed by the ES and ElasticSearch?
