I'm having problems with hard-delete permissions. I'm trying to only allow them for the administrator, but moderators are able to hard delete as well. Here is the permission analyzer for one moderator
And this show that they can still hard-delete a thread:
I recently migrated this forum from vBulletin 4.1.10 if that matters. Thanks for the help.
