Support [HELP] Siropu Chat

I installed [Siropu] Chat-2_1_20 but I don't see it on my forums? Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Years since I used Siropu Chat but at a guess I would suggest you check that all permission for usergroups are correct,maybe look in settings as I'm sure there is an option to turn the chat off or on..

In the Widgets section, you must select a location to display
Then
Go to the chat settings and select any situation you have selected in the widgets here (In the display position section)

Thanks so much for the support I can't thank you enough! Am I in the right place here? Because I'm not sure how widgets work I never used XenForo

Not to sure what this means:
Widgets with no position will not appear anywhere, but you can call the configured widget instance directly in templates using the <xf:widget key="widget_key" /> syntax.

I'm guessing I need to put the chat code manully inside the template code?

All you have to do is select one of those positions and apply the same in the chat settings
