[RSS Feed/News] How can I block suspicious email addresses?

Hello,

in my forum there are always users registering with email addresses like the following, which are obviously spam users.

[email protected]

where xxxx stands for a sequence of numbers. Of course I could ban gmail completely as email, but I don't want to do that.
Is there a tool that detects these types of email addresses and prevents registration?
