[RSS Feed/News] How do allow videos to be posted in threads?

I am trying to post a video in a thread to welcome new members. Every time I try I get the following error (I am trying by attaching a file) : "The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension. The following extensions are allowed: zip, txt, pdf, png, jpg".


Here is what my toolbar looks like. Is there a setting anywhere that allows this? Ideally, I would like only admins to be able to post videos.
