[RSS Feed/News] How do I add the HELP from footer to Nav bar which it can be translated as footer?

I want to add HELP in the menu so it can be changed to my language when I switch the language same as the Help word in Footer.
Could you please help guide me how to add it the public navigation correctly?
Here is what I set it in ACP.
