By the time after trying addons and themes you will get to know most of them.
Also by analyzing
Website fuzzer + security scanners.
Check directories maybe directory listing is enabled then you can know everything.

Look at footer, and just look for addons in browser, so later u will know most of them, just what @Marks-Man said.
And also u can just ask admin for it , I guess the best option + u can make few friends xd
