[RSS Feed/News] How to add Image Preview to links?

When I post a link to my Xenforo website, my logo does not appear. Just a blanked out image seen below. I cant seem to find an option for it in the Xenforo preferences. Thank You.

I would like my logo to appear, like in this link below.
