[RSS Feed/News] How to close the default unread filter for all users?

Hi, some users complained about the default settings for "Unread threads". And it is difficult for admin to teach every forum users to change the settings by himself.


There is any option in ACP to shut up this function for all users? Just want to change the default settings for all users.
