I have checked User Group permissions, Resource Category permissions, and I can't seem to find where/how XFRM decides that resources should require moderator approval.
This answer is apparently no longer accurate, since those options don't exist anywhere that I can see in RM 2.1.
Eventually, I need to create an add-on that allows me to specify whether a certain user group requires moderator approval to post in a specific resource category. But I cannot find the setting to...
