Am having an issue, with template modification, especially, extra.less no option?

i have been using xenforo more than two years , I never face an issue for anything like this , but new version has come with another features such as editing lock and modification lock , that's why I need to know the way to enable it

Hi just seen your post, I tried on XF 2.2.13 using Ryzer style and have no problem with extra.less
As Badboy said try another style - or permissions (maybe)
