[RSS Feed/News] How to remove and/or translate blocks in the Activity summary email?

This is a block from the Activity Summary email and I'm wondering where can I translate members and conversations for the email? I don't see them as blocks or anything under the default activity email block. I haven't added any new blocks except the default blocks.

In addition, how can I remove the members and conversations values?
