Hello
If you do not have a group strategy, use the User title ladder fields:
ADMIN >> Users - User title ladder and change field value [ use HTML code ]
It only works in xenforo 2.3!
If you have a group strategy then:
ADMIN >> Groups & permissions - User groups [ add group or edit ]
>Choos the Use the following user title on User title override
You can use HTML code here.
>User banner text
You can use HTML code here.
Don't forget to set up --> Display styling priority
