Hello, I am writing from Turkey. First of all, I use Google translation service.
Before I get a license, I will install Xammp on localhost, test it for a while and code my theme with the necessary plugin, then I will buy a domain and server and get a license.
I have used Vbulletin for many years. For this, I have to fully test Xenforo and adapt my plugins in localhost.
How do I clean localhost for this and where can I get the files? Because I don't trust broken files on the internet...
