Hello I have a problem in my forum because when a user registers he sends the confirmation message but when he is going to confirm, no link appears, the confirmation link does not appear and everything but the message if it arrives then I would like to know what problem Would
The post is pretty old. I hope you have found the solution. If not, then you can read this. I also faced such problem and found a work around. In my case, WordPress sends every message whenever an user registers but my hotel booking plugin, MotoPress was not sending any message. So, to solve this, I created a mail ID ([email protected]) and add a forwarder to it to the hotel owners / Admins Gmail address. Then put this newly created mail ID ([email protected]) to the Admin email. If you haven't found the solution yet (which is pretty impossible) test this and give your feedback here.
