For 5 days the image showed correctly. After the 5 days, the image shows as broken (exactly my proxy image cache lifetime). Xenforo latest 2.2 version, PHP 8.0.

- Test image proxy shows the image is working
- Image size is way under 5 MB and it has the correct extension (PNG)
- Image is hosted on a domain under my control and is available
- When I edit the post, the image shows correctly
- No cloudflare or other caching involved
