[RSS Feed/News] Include the 'Jump to Quote' link ("source jump") in the editor

When you're composing a post that involves multiple quotes, it'd be helpful to be able to jump back to where you left off, which is often where you last quoted, to quickly resume reading subsequent posts and potentially replying to additional posts in the thread.

It can be quite time consuming to get back to where you pressed "Reply" so that you can continue reading where you left off.
