I've got a forum where providing location information is very important to be able to help members. I've made it a mandatory field for new members, however there are lots of existing members without this field filled in.
I can't see a way to alert them via the notices system. Is there a way I can either make it mandatory for existing users, or somehow send only members with no location some sort of custom alert? I can't see a way to do this at the moment?
