Background: On our forum, new users' first several posts are moderated, then the users are promoted and no longer moderated.
Problem: Beginning recently, many new users tell me they see their first post only the first time they view it. After that, they think their post has disappeared when, in fact, it's awaiting moderation, and they post it again. The result of this is that I am now regularly finding duplicate posts in my moderation queue, and I never saw these before...
