If the site critera in the notice system "User came from a search engine" is enabled a notice should only be displayed if a page is opened from a search engine (Referrer is from a search engine).
The behavior on Windows and Android is different.
1. On Windows systems the notice is displayed one time, if the user opens another page within the forum, the notice dissapears. Tested with Firefox.
2. On Android systems the notice always stays visible if the user opens other pages in the forum...
