[RSS Feed/News] Paypal Subscription Doesn't Place User in Group

I am running a new installation of 2.2.1. I have a test user that purchased an upgrade/subscription to a group that I created. Everything seemed to work - received email confirmation and the XF Payment Provider log showed 'Information OK no action'. The user was not automatically added to the group though.

Did I miss a step?
