[RSS Feed/News] Problem with Video upload

[XenForo]

I am using the same setting for video I have used ever since xenForo allowed video uploads (ie h264 with .mp4 extension).

I haven't done alem with video)

But after uploading I just see this:




Then after maiking the post I see this:



And if I click on the play button it actually works.

One difference between my forum and here is I don't have ffmpeg on the server. Could that be the reason?
