Support Public Navigation Permissions

Hello eveyrone,
Can someone tell me how to force guests when clicking on Public Navigation Tabs for login ?
For example i want guests when they enter to What's New / Help or any other tab of my choice to be force to log in.
*I dont want to hide the tabs.
