[RSS Feed/News] Spam cleaning mistakenly deletes reports made against the spammer

I'm not sure if this is intentional and should be a suggestion instead, but when you click "Spam" on a user's posts it deletes the report(s) other users made about it. I'd like to keep records of spammers, mods that dealt with it, users who reported it, etc.

I had all options checked for spam cleaning, so it's possible just one of the options is what's deleting the report.
